Es pot fer per tenir un alt rendiment, o per<br \/>\nobtenir el plaer de realitzar exercici i gaudir de la fam\u00edlia. Hem de saber que \u00e9s <strong>un mitj\u00e0 de<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>transport sostenible, c\u00f2mode<\/strong> i una molt bona forma de divertir-se.<\/p>\n<p>Falta molt poc per arribar al dia 19 d&#8217;abril, Dia Internacional de la Bicicleta, una bona data per<br \/>\nagafar la bicicleta i commemorar de forma sana els beneficis de la Bicicleta. <em><strong>Recorda que<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>encara est\u00e0s a temps de participar al concurs del Dia Internacional de la Bicicleta. Us deixem<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>l\u2019enlla\u00e7 de les bases:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elstemporers.com\/ca\/bases-del-concurs-dia-internacional-de-la-bicicleta\/\">http:\/\/www.elstemporers.com\/ca\/bases-del-concurs-dia-internacional-de-la-bicicleta\/<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Des dels Temporers et volem explicar\u00a0el benefici\u00a0d&#8217;anar en bicicleta (a nosaltres ens encanta):<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Enforteix el cor<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pr\u00e0ctica del ciclisme estimula i millora el nostre cor, els pulmons i la circulaci\u00f3<br \/>\ndisminueix notablement el risc de sofrir malalties cardiovasculars. A m\u00e9s fer bicicleta<br \/>\namb regularitat fa disminuir els nivells de greix a la sang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Potencia el sistema immunol\u00f2gic<\/strong><br \/>\nAix\u00f2 \u00e9s un benefici tamb\u00e9 pels m\u00e9s petits de la casa. En realitzar el pedaleig de la<br \/>\nbicicleta multiplica els\u00a0fag\u00f2tics\u00a0que comencen atacar als bacteris que hi ha al nostre<br \/>\ncos, d&#8217;aquesta forma ens protegeix de malalties infeccioses. Els\u00a0fag\u00f2tics\u00a0es<br \/>\nmultipliquen i es mobilitzen, aniquilant els bacteris i les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canceroses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Benestar mental<\/strong><br \/>\nEst\u00e0 m\u00e9s que demostrat que la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;un esport produeix al nostre cos la generaci\u00f3<br \/>\nde les hormones de la felicitat o endorfines que generen una sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;optimisme,<br \/>\nbenestar amb un mateix a la vegada que el cervell s&#8217;oxigena. Una activitat recomanada<br \/>\nper a persones amb ansietat, depressi\u00f3 o estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Millora la posici\u00f3 de l&#8217;esquena<\/strong><br \/>\nUn dels problemes que comen\u00e7a a ser alarmant \u00e9s la posici\u00f3 de l&#8217;esquena, per aix\u00f2<br \/>\nanar en bicicleta la millora. La postura inclinada sobre la bicicleta, permet enforitr els<br \/>\nmuscles de la zona lumbar de la columna, i amb aix\u00f2 millorem la resist\u00e8ncia de la base<br \/>\nde la nostra esquena.<\/p>\n<p>Quatre beneficis d\u2019anar en bicicleta, tot un descobriment en alguns aspectes.
